Paul’s career of business enterprises has blended a variety of those disciplines into an ensemble of marketing, sales, and real estate development and investment projects within the southeast Michigan market area. Paul worked with Jim in the beverage distribution industry going back decades. Jim was pleased to bring him aboard in 2014. As a national wholesale franchisee, Paul procured and introduced several national brands of beverages. He has successfully networked with the local and national retail channel to reach the consumer market, and over that time has built valuable relationships.

Paul’s expertise today lies in industrial properties, infrastructure, land acquisition, layout and market logistics. Toward the end of a volatile 2020, he sold a 23 acre commercial lay-down yard listed at $2.5M, which is now being redeveloped into a multi-tenant industrial park, Eagle Industrial, bringing in commerce and jobs to the Pittsfield Township / Ann Arbor area. He continues to lead our industrial business and be a resource for the market as changes continue to unfold.
